Getting started at CCPA is simple—just follow these four steps:
2. Submit Required Documents
You’ll need to provide:
- Proof of residency (dated within the last 90 days—e.g., utility bill, lease, pay stub)
- Child’s birth certificate (must include guardian’s name)
- Immunization records (due before the first day of school)
Send documents by email to enroll@ccpalions.org, text them to (513) 615-7653, or upload from your phone or computer.
3. Receive an Offer
You’ll get an offer by text or email. Be sure to accept and complete registration to secure your child’s spot.
4. Complete Enrollment
Once you’ve accepted the offer, finish the registration process online—and you’re all set!

To avoid delays with your application, follow these simple tips:
- Use clear, complete documents
- Remove your proof of residency from the envelope
- Take a well-lit, legible photo of your proof of residency and birth certificate
- Ensure your proof of residency is dated within the last 90 days and shows your name, address, and the issuing organization
Accepted Proof of Residency Documents:
- Utility bill (paper or screenshot)
- Pay stub
- Lease agreement
- Rent receipt
- Mortgage statement
- Bank statement
- Homeowners or renters insurance
- Notarized statement (if applicable)
If you live with someone else, ask the person you live with to provide:
- A notarized statement or Owner's Affidavit confirming that you and your child live at their address
- A copy of their proof of residency
If your name is not on the birth certificate, you must also submit legal custody documentation.
